Hello to all fellow Club members, Racers and Officials,

Firstly I am honoured to be the President of this AWESOME club and would like to take time out to thank Darren Booth, Robert Coleman, Mark Bourke, Chop, Christine Steffens and Tina Kinna for their contributions that have taken this club to where it is today.

I would like to welcome Wayne Smith as the NEW Vice President, Tina Kinna Secretary, Christine Steffens Treasurer and Richie Paterson Bar Manager.

Please be aware that our next weekend will be on Wednesday the 15/6/2011 starting @ 7PM SHARP as this is the 2nd game of Origin. There will NOT be a meeting on the 8/6/2011. We will have the TV on hand and will endeavour to have the meeting finished by 8PM for Kick off.

 Saturday 14/5/2011 - Willowbank TnT

Rob & Chop Coleman were out to commence testing the beautiful new 65/66 Mustang with the most striking paint. The Mustang had an altercation with the wall and will be back SOON.

Darren Booth was out testing and Jnr now knows where the record button is on the Video Camera.

Ricky & Christine were out watching Kev & Peta’s Altered testing.

Yours truly sorted out some issues & found another.

 Warwick 1/8 mile series

Richie Paterson qualified 3rd had 3 wins but missed a final’s berth by the closest to dial in rule. Richie now leads the Modified bike bracket by 1 point.

Saturday 21/5/2011 - Track Championship Round

Welcome back Wild Wheelie Wayne Smith 1st Race meeting on the same bike that he crashed @ The Jambo last year. Won his first round against former Champ Jason Hammelswang & lived up to his name with a big wheelie in round 2.

Leigh Ryan had the repowered S-10 for 1 wheels up launch in Qualifying & had to retire with starter motor issues.

Ian Nielsen did some rounds in Super Gas before the rain came.

Boothy was out in Super sedan not sure how he went?

Christine was doing Modified duties with the “Rugged up” Dragster. Closet Bikie husband Ricky looks GOOD in the drivers seat.

The “Thunda Down Unda” Funny car was out running a best of 7.3 a 1/10th quicker than Stefan probably due to a much lighter Greg Leahy at the wheel.

Noel Green was out having a play in Super Sedan.

Russ Pavey was out testing the Corvette.

Richie Paterson fell asleep @ the tree in Round 1 and the Barmen got beat up by the Pres.

Yours truly finally got the bike sorted and won the Semi Final only to be disqualified in a Brain faded cross the Startline burnout.

The meeting was washed out just before Finals commenced.
